ЮрGlobus successfully defended the interests of the client in the case of bringing a person to administrative responsibility for a corruption-related offense

According to the protocol on the commission of a corruption-related administrative offense, a person, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Prevention of Corruption”, being the subject of such liability, acquired real estate and did not timely inform the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption about the significant changes in the property status, by which committing an administrative offense related to corruption with the liability due to paragraph 2 Article 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The legal position prepared by the experts led to the adoption by the First Instance court of a decision to close the proceedings in connection with the absence of an administrative offense in the actions of the individual.
