Globus successfully defended the interests of the client a physical person in the dispute with a bank.

In 2018, a private contractor received a request from a private executor to call the private executor to the office in connection with the opening of enforcement proceedings on the basis of a duplicate court order issued in accordance with the decision in absentia of 2015, at the bank’s claim for debt collection under a loan agreement in the amount of 3,500 000 (three million five hundred thousand) hryvnias. Appropriate arrests were imposed on all the property of the individual.

The legal position prepared by the specialists of Globus led to the adoption by the court of the appeal to the decision to declare the court order non-enforceable, and, as a result, to close the enforcement proceedings with the cancellation of all arrests and preservation of the client’s property.
