Globus continues to defend the interests of clients in disputes with the tax, regarding the calculation of the transport tax (luxury tax).
As a result of a well-formed legal position and defense strategy, the company’s lawyers, in the interests of twelve clients, have already canceled more than 40 tax notifications-decisions on transport tax for the years 2015-2019..
Two claims were denied by the Court of First Instance, but the decisions on the refusal were annulled by the Court of Appeal, with decisions being made to fully satisfy the claims.
Thus, to date, the lawyers of the Firm have not allowed a single court refusal to satisfy claims for the cancellation of tax notifications-decisions on the calculation of the transport tax.
