Globus successfully defended the interests of the client - an individual entrepreneur in a dispute with the General Directorate of the State Service of Ukraine on Labor (Derzhpratsi) in Kharkiv region.
In 2018, in relation to the individual entrepreneur, the Main Directorate of Derzhpratsi in Kharkiv region issued a decision on a fine of almost 3,000,000 (three million) hryvnias and an order to eliminate detected violations for allegedly allowing 25 employees to perform work without entering into an employment contract.

The complexity of protecting the client’s rights was complemented by the fact that the executive service opened enforcement proceedings and seized all the property and bank accounts of the individual entrepreneur, as a result of which it was not possible to engage in entrepreneurial activity.
