Globus has successfully defended the interests of the client in a dispute with the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv Region regarding the application of response measures in the field of state control.

The Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv Region filed a lawsuit on the application of response measures in the field of state control by banning the operation of buildings until the elimination of violations of the requirements of the law in the field of industrial and fire safety. By a decision of the trial court, such a claim was satisfied.

After a complete study of the administrative case materials, the specialists of Globus developed a legal position, which subsequently led to the adoption by the appellate court of the decision to cancel the decision of the First Instance court and the adoption of a new decision, which the plaintiff was refused in full to satisfy the claims.
